During my time working here, i was assigned with multiple daily instructions which kept my role vaired and helped me gain experience in many diiferent tasks such as:

• Assisting with administrative tasks and maintaining accurate system records to support daily business operations.
• Managing and updating product information on the Shopify e-commerce platform.
• Involvement in digital marketing aspects to ensure the best outcome for our online sales.

My role at HikVision was primarily administrative. It was an honor to work for such a large and reputable company in China which helped better my understanding of the business environment and tasks involved. Some tasks included:

• Onboarding: Helping new employees with the onboarding process, including orientation sessions and paperwork.
• Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate employee records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
• Benefits Administration: Assisting with employee benefits enrollment, inquiries, and changes.
• Payroll Support: Providing support in payroll processing and addressing payroll-related queries.

During my time here, I was more involved in Marketing tasks to promote and pursue new clients. I learned many high value skills which have better improved my ideology on what drives people to purchase products through effective Marketing techniques. Some of this included:

• Contacting potential customers at home and abroad, introducing the company's main products.
• Inquiring about prices, reading the terms of the contract in order to protect the rights and interests of both sides.
• Issue the appropriate documents to the customs declaration, which routinely reflect the value of the goods and the number before the goods enter or leave the country.

This was a brilliant opportunity for me to start off my working career as a host and a Manager of a prestigious coffee shop on our Universities campus.

• Manage the entire event; communicate with foreign educators and students; decide on the event's theme; arrange the event venue; and promote the event online.

This was a wonderful opportunity to ensure I gained loads of experience in a leading role to ensure I can learn skills involved in managing and/or running a program or department for others.

• Organize summer camp activities for children and parents.
• Help improve the content of the activities.
• Design the route, and provide services for customers who come to the summer camp.
