in my 7 months of working at Postie, I learned almost everything you need to know, I learned how to tidy and maintain a store, Visual merchandise different sections in the store, Handling transactions efficiently, and accurately, how to return/exchange items, as well as manage click and collect orders, stock company merchandise, arranging with size and colour, price items accurately, how to discount an item when necessary, locate an item in the store, maintain professionalism while working with customers, to satisfy their needs, engage in conversation while boosting sales, solve customers issues, process transactions efficiently, and maintain a calm demeanour in stressful situations, I work well with a team, and contribute to making the monthly budget

During my summer holidays working for Piako Petes, I got my got my foot in the door to working in retail, there I learned how to process transactions, ensure customer satisfaction, manage a store, pack and stock product, as well as boost sales and maintain a clean tidy store up to standard.
