I have recently (October 2024) become a Swim Teacher and teach children aged 3 to 10 how to swim and build water confidence. Teaching children how to swim has helped me develop greater patience and empathy for others.

• I understand the importance of listening and aiming to understand customer needs and building a rapport with people
• I can confidently say that I communicated well with customers in this job and therefore, provided a positive customer service experience
• I am naturally extroverted and hence collaborate well with others and am a team player
• I am always willing to go above and beyond what I am required to do

• This job involved taking responsibility for three children under the age of ten, both at church and privately
• I often looked after these children for around 5 hours at a time and ensured their emotional and physical well-being
• I am naturally flexible and can adapt to changing schedules which was important for this job

• Strawberry picking is a seasonal job that I undertook for two summers
• This job was physically demanding and required high levels of discipline
• I have good time punctuality and work diligently at what I do and therefore I was able to cope with the demands of this job

• Waitressing at L'pasta Italian Kitchen involved high-quality customer service skills
• I added value to the restaurant due to my natural aptitude for effective communication, active listening, multitasking and working well under pressure
• This was a fast-paced environment requiring teamwork, adaptability and time management
