I am a dedicated medical professional with 18 years of experience in providing quality nursing care in acute settings. I can provide compassionate, patient-centered care while effectively managing multiple tasks. I have experience in leading and educating nursing staff on proper patient care techniques, new equipment and technology. Throughout my career, especially whilst working in Oncology I have learnt excellent communication and interpersonal skills and pride myself in being positive, punctual, organised and of tidy appearance. I am hoping that my commitment to caring for patients from all backgrounds and ethnicities, plus my ability to function as an integral part of the multidisciplinary team will make me a valuable asset within any nursing team.
I worked here full time for five weeks for my placement for the Competence Assessment Programme.
