I am a Health Science First Year student interested in pursing a career in Oral Health. I have a passion to become a oral health therapist due to the close relationship I have with my dentist and orthodontist at "Changing Faces" Hamilton Branch. My passion started with the removal of my horizontally labially impacted tooth 33 and my impacted wisdom teeth. I started doing my own research on how to prevent my teeth from being infected and clean during this period of time and this passion only grew after I started my Invisalign treatment. My dentist communicated with me all throughout the treatment and she provided me with help to choose the best treatment that works for me. Her kindness and patient focus approach inspired me to purse a career in oral health.
