I am a medical graduate from Russia who has completed one year of general surgical internship at Military Medical Academy in Saint-Petersburg, Russia and have practiced as a military general surgeon for 4 years and 2 years of practice as a civilian surgeon and performed variety of surgical procedures such as appendix removals, hernia plastics. I moved to New Zealand in February 2024 to study a master's degree in human performance science at WINTEC, Hamilton in order to become clinical exercise physiologist and to diversify my skillset in a different healthcare system. I'm also going to pass NZREX clinical examination to become certified doctor in New Zealand. My clinical knowledge and skillset is broad and draws from my extensive experience in acute, inpatient and community healthcare settings. I look forward to return to the clinical environment where I will use my problem-solving, communication, critical thinking skills based on evidence-based medicine to deliver excellent care to a wide range of cultures.
