Driven by a passion for client satisfaction and an eye for detail I love making clients feel like the most beautiful version of themselves, I am a very creative soul and have been playing with makeup since I was able to hold a brush. I have great communication skills with clients and employers, I make people feel welcome and comfortable because I see all my clients as individuals who have their own way of expressing themselves and I love that makeup can express that further. I have lots of Knowledge around makeup as its been my passion for my whole life and I've always wanted to keep learning. Makeup application is definitely a strong point for me and im able to do anything from bridal and formal makeup to editorial looks and special effects makeup, I'm also very gentle and want the client to have the best possible experience. I've been excellent in building client relationships at all the jobs I've Had and people have always said they have an easy time talking to me at Cosmic, inner steel and as a Makeup Artist.
At Cosmic my responsibilities were ensuring everyone was assisted with a smile on my face, addressing customers concerns promptly and enhanced client satisfaction by providing exceptional service. being knowledgeable on products we had in store, making additional sales through upselling techniques, increased sale value by swaying customers toward products with a higher profit margin while still ensuring they were met with what they needed. working through a POS system and making sure the shop was a tidy and welcoming space.
As a Makeup artist I worked on a variety of different odd jobs, often times as a bit of an assistant for my educator Emily Plum. My responsibilities were to keep my workspace tidy as I worked making sure to put my dirty and clean brushes in different places, using disposable tools correctly putting them straight into the rubbish, sanitising my workspace and all of my tools and makeup products that were to be used on any client. Sterilisation after any jobs using a glass bead steriliser, and a UV steriliser. Making sure clients felt safe and comfortable in my hands by taking them through what i was doing while also demonstrating and explaining techniques and recommending products.
At Cookie Time my job was to Greet customers with a smile and promptly provide them with their order, due to the fast pace of the workplace I had to communicate with people quickly but kindly, my communication skills are exceptional due to the amount of tourists that would come in, often times there would be language barriers, I have become adequate in finding other ways to communicate visually with people of all walks of life.
