I believe I am a proactive and dependable worker, proven by my time at Red Steel and Bay Wide Fencing Ltd. Skilled in welding, manual labor and machine operation. My commitment and dedication to working hard and efficiently has contributed to project successes. I have proven to be reliable in completing fabrication projects on time and and at a quality standard. Knowledgeable in following instructions and safety protocols. Hardworking and passionate worker with organizational skills keen to secure an apprenticeship as a general engineer/fabricator. Ready to help a team achieve company goals. I am hoping to get a full-time position that will challenge me.
Pre-apprentice work experience as well as working as a laborer; learning organization, reading drawings, measurements, forklift driving and welding. All of which has lead to independent fabrication of heavy steel components as well as installing, transporting and helping work mates with their projects.
Working as a labourer during the school holidays using different machinery and tools to install fence lines and stock yards around Hawke's Bay. I Developed skills in teamwork, loading and towing trailers, post hole borers, operating ATV's, staple guns, chainsaws, and was capable of independently completing tasks.
