Key projects:

  • Hospital car parks (Health NZ, 2025-ongoing): I'm planning a market sounding and advising Health NZ on the most appropriate concession model to deliver its national pipeline of hospital car park projects.
  • Waitematā Harbour Connections Detailed Tunnel and Bridge Options Assessment (New Zealand Transport Agency, 2024-ongoing): PwC NZ was appointed as lead commercial and financial advisor for the WHC project. I’m advising on the procurement and market sounding workstreams.
  • Hāwea Wastewater Implementation Business Case (Queenstown Lakes District Council, 2024-25): I helped to develop a Detailed Business Case and then an ImBC for a new wastewater conveyance scheme from Hāwea to Wanaka.
  • Student Accommodation Facilities Detailed Business Case (Lincoln University, 2024): I helped to prepare a DBC for a new catered student hall at Lincoln University.
  • Wellington Hospital Car Park Indicative Business Case (Health NZ - Te Whatu Ora, 2023-24): I helped to develop an IBC for a new car parking building at Wellington Regional Hospital.
  • Review of Shareholder Investment Strategy Options for CentrePort (Greater Wellington Regional Council, 2024): I advised GWRC on shareholder investment strategy options in relation to its investment in CentrePort.

  • Wairākei Stage 2 - Indicative Business Case (GNS Science, 2023): I helped to develop an IBC for the development of a Geothermal Energy Innovation Centre at GNS’ Wairākei campus.
