Jack Erskine-Shaw

I am a second-year law student at the University of Auckland, looking for any opportunities to involve myself in the legal profession. I'm eager to build meaningful experince in a legal environment where I can continue learning and developing the skills needed for a future career in the profession. My studies have equipped me with solid research, analytical, and written communication skills, and I am wishing to develop these further through real-world experience. I am confident that my dedication and work ethic will put me up to the task of any work that needs completing.

• Full-time member of the Auckland Youth Orchestra and University Symphony Orchestra as principle trombone. - In charge of organizing and directing sectionals, mentoring new members and ensuring high quality performances amongst my section.
• Involved heavily in the music program during my time at St Peter's College. - section leader, heavily involved in music leadership.
• Taken part in various community orchestras and bands.

• I'm enthusiastic about fitness, rock climbing, and performing music. I love reading and going on road trips with my friend's. My deep interest in my studies is mostly directed at the criminal law.
