My personal time is mainly spent with my wife, young son and dogs. The things I enjoy the most are going for walks with all of them and at home listening to music, cooking and reading.
On weekends I love nothing more to get out into the mountains for an overnight hike or down to the coast for a camp and surf or snowboarding in winter and midweek I enjoy a variety of training, yoga, pilates and touch.
