I have always aspired to become a New Zealand Police Officer to serve and protect my community.
I have a passion for golf and always make the time to join my friends to play a round. I also enjoy basketball and have played within social teams.
Scanning Items: I scan items that each individual customer wishes to purchase.
Handling Payments: I process customer payments for items purchased using different payment options including cash, credit/debit/green cards, along with mobile payments such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. This activity requires accurately, count change, and following security protocols for cash management.
Customer Service: I assist customers with questions related to products, prices, or promotions.
Maintaining Cleanliness: I am required to maintain cleanliness in relation to food safety including conveyor belt and work area.
Ensuring Security: I am responsible for verifying age-restricted purchases in terms of alcohol or tobacco purchases and am required to follow specific procedures for these transactions.
Other duties: As required I assist other department's in stock management.
Overall, this role requires an individual to have a positive, and friendly demeanor to create a positive experience for customers. I also have be be trustworthy in respect to all activities - scanning all items, receipt of payment and ensuring legislative requirements are adhered too.
Removing Refrigerant: I removed refrigerant for environmental safety and compliance regulations.
Disassembling Indoor/Outdoor Unit: I was responsible for removing components that could be recycled or sold such as copper wiring.
Safe Handling of Materials: I was required to complete activities in relation to Snowden Electrical's health and safety policies and procedures.
Mowing Lawns: I completed lawn mowing services for individuals within our street, particularly when they were on holiday. This activity required me to ensure that the grounds were left clean and tidy and all debris was removed to ensure a clean and tidy section.
