  • Whilst administration staff were away I needed to step down a level to fulfill their position to maintain efficiency and smooth running of all office duties i.e debtors, creditors and payroll.
  • Managing a multi million dollar business, ensuring payments were always met to deadline, collating and producing monthly financial reports for Board meetings.
  • Responded to emails and other correspondence to facilitate communication and enhance business processes.
  • Managed budgets, appointment scheduling, employee and event itineraries and accounts to improve productivity initiatives.
  • Since 2020 Covid certainly produced a large number of battles and challenges, but regularly controlling / reviewing expenses throughout this Club certainly survived.
