I worked for Adios Asbestos for a total of 4 years as a removal supervisor and foreman due to my previous experience in demolition/construction. During my 4 year term working for Adios I was the onsite lead and health and safety manager with the following duties.

• Ensured safety compliance on job sites through regular inspections, training, and adherence to OSHA guidelines, reducing accidents on site.
• Delivered completed projects on time, within scope requirements, exceeding client satisfaction consistently throughout my tenure as Head Foreman.

Since moving from Wellington I partnered with my then employers at Adios Asbestos and still work with them currently starting a new removal branch in Hawke's Bay.

I first started general labor contracting at 18. During this time i worked majorly between two building company's along with my own works.

I first started contracting to Villa Services 2013 doing general construction labor which progressed to running his chimney demolition crew doing mostly demolition and light building work

Building in general - Carl Jacobs - 0226941234

Once competent in construction I started contracting to Carl doing mostly house renovation's and new house construction. gaining a variety of skills in tool use, time management and the ability to work productively on my own.
