• Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle is up to standard and safe to operate

• Picking, Scanning and packing of files/archive boxes which have been requested
• Returning and scanning Archive files back into storage

• Follow safety procedures within warehouse environment

Inwards (2018-2020)

• Helping Drivers unload Van, assembling archive boxes onto pallets and putting files aside to be processed
• Scanning returned files/archive boxes back into company database
• Keeping an organised and functional workspace to maintain efficiency
• Wrapping pallets of archive boxes and shifting pallets into warehouse with forklift, to be put away
• Loading/unloading pallets from truck

Night-shift Supervisor (2020-2021)

• Run a small nightshift team to audit every archive box in storage
• Go through toolbox meeting with team before shift addressing Targets to be met and going over safety procedures
• Training new staff
• Scanning and updating of archive boxes

On-Call Driver (2016-2022)

• Keep after hours phone on me at all times
• Recieving orders and delivering to clients after hours
• Use of company van and fuelcard
• Weekend work required

Archive Destruction Driver, Class 2 (2018-2019)

• Picking up rubbish bins with sensitive archive files to be destroyed
• Operating Class 2 truck

• Drive and Deliver goods to various cafes/restaurants all around Auckland on scheduled time
• Taking Phone calls. Enquiries from customers and recording orders
• Picking up stock from markets
