  • Developing unit plans and building curriculum to meet the course qualification criteria. Lessons are planned, structured and tailored to the learners needs, with the majority of my learners of Pasifika heritage. Delivering a culturally responsive program has been ideal for engagement and achievement.
  • Developing relationships with International Travel and Tertiary sectors, to encourage and promote Domestic Travel Education programs.
  • Management of international enrolments, ensuring KPI intake targets were met each Financial year. Prior to Covid, International education market was a key revenue source for ITC, specifically in the Pacific and Asian territories (Tahiti, New Caledonia, Fiji, China and Korea)
  • Administer enrolment of International students to ensure all were compliant with Immigration Laws, Ministry of Education and Tertiary requirements. This included Visa applications & employment opportunities.
  • Manage the Pastoral care of ITC's international students under the Education Code of Practice for International Students. Establish and build relationships with English language schools in NZ, International Agents both onshore & offshore and screening potential applicants.
  • Implement marketing and branding strategies designed to make ITC an attractive provider in the international travel market. This includes, attending student focused online webinars, engaging with government agencies, and facilitating and presenting in-person expo events.
