I have over 30 yrs experience in the Health & Wellness industry, I help my clients get stronger and leaner and into the best shape of their life. Whether it is an expanding waistline, lack of energy, poor sleep or any of the unpleasant symptoms of ageing, I can help clients reverse this. I show my clients how to incorporate a time efficient, easy to follow action plan that fits into their busy lifestyle. I specialise in nutrition, peri menopause and post menopause, my passion is to guide and support my clients to look and feel amazing so they can live their life doing what they love.
