As I grown up on a small farm, I knew I wanted to pursue a career in this industry, so I decided to pursue my career in dairy farming when I came to New Zealand 2014. I have outstanding multi-tasking abilities, time management skills and the ability to stay organized and supervise the staff to ensure all jobs are performed in an efficient and timely manner. I understand how stressful this type of work can be especially when something goes wrong, but I can work well under pressure and to find solutions to problems as they arise.
