I am currently a student at the Otago Polytechnic studying a Health Bridging Course which is a level 4 pathway course. My aim is to commence the Bachelor of Nursing Degree and completing it in hopes of becoming a Registered Nurse, working specifically as a Mental Health Nurse. I consider myself to be a kind and empathetic person who occasionally enjoys a good laugh. I enjoy building relationships with people both socially and in a workplace, creating trust and an effective environment. I am optimistically passionate about helping aid and communicate with communities both mentally and physically who are different backgrounds and ages or disabilities. I love a good challenge and continue to remain calm and co-ordinated in fast settings.

Specific Skills
Kmart Porirua Shopping Mall- 2018
- Volunteered as a Carpark Assistant. This consisted of wandering around the 4 carpark of my local Mall with a team during the busy Christmas time as a "carpark security" to prevent theft and aid animals, babies or young children who have been left in cars for a long amount of time.
Mana College Netball A team Captain-2018
- During my last year of high school, I had the opportunity to be the school captain for the A netball team. This was a responsibility role, which involved a lot of communication, organization of events, and training team efforts to obtain winnings during privilege netball season after coordinating trainings weekly.
Junior Camp- 2017
- Help organize a 4 day camp, mentoring and guiding junior students to make pro-efficient choices as well as discovering helpful life skills.
Talent for Charity- 2018
- Talent for Charity was a charity run by the Head Students of the local schools in my area. With a team, I was able to create and run the Talent for Charity Event which consisted of students performing and competing to win an award to a chosen charity of the school's choice. All proceedings which were made from door sales, food sales and merchandise were donated to the Porirua Living Without Violence Charity.
Relay for Life Charity- 2016-2018
- Organised a group of students who would run laps which would equal donations on behalf of our school. The proceedings for this would go towards the Cancer Society charity. Alongside a few other students, we helped create a team to represent our high school for this event and organize a place for them to rest, our school tent, food for the students and obtaining the parental permission of approximately 30 students.
