• Prepare subcontract agreement for new subcontractor onboarding, preparing sub-trades package including tender documents, programme, Health and Safety requirements, quality control documents, and contract documents along with scope details, negotiating subcontractor rates, and submitting them for management approval

• Issue tender invitations to subcontractors, raise Requests for Information (RFIs), coordinate with overseas suppliers, evaluate subcontractors' bids, and compile a comprehensive tender submission for the façade
• Assess the scope of the façade, prepare material take-offs, and select systems and subcontractors based on project-specific requirements
• I have experience in estimating quantities for locally and internationally sourced items such as windows, cladding, louvers, and balustrades from regions like Europe, the Middle East, and Asia
• Create lump sum quotations for complete façade systems or modular panel systems tailored for upscale commercial projects, encompassing steel studs, insulation, ACP, terracotta, windows, and curtain wall systems

• Prepare lump sum quotations for facades in commercial projects ranging from 0.5 million to 25 million NZ dollars
• Conduct deflection and buckling calculations to ensure mullions and other facade elements comply with AS/NZS 1170 during tender

• Specifically trained in Reynaers systems; Prepared final orders for Reynaers thermally broken suites using Reynaer Pro, a system from Europe

• Prepared quotations for new projects in both New Zealand and Australia, ranging from 1 million to 5 million for commercial and industrial buildings
• Followed up with all subcontractors for quotes, evaluated quotations, and ensured they align with required specifications
• Explored cost-cutting options and discussed them with major trades such as Earthworks, services, pre-nail, and cladding suppliers
