Overseeing and responsible for the operational running of the Wellington Phoenix Football Department (A-Leagues and Academy programmes). Inclusive of all football operations administration, scheduling, team travel and logistics, regulatory and compliance requirements, managing the club's football budget, and assisting the Director of Football with recruitment, retention and contracting matters.
Responsible for the strategic planning, organization, and execution of NZF's national men's football competitions and tournaments, including the National League. This role involved overseeing all aspects of competition management to ensure successful event delivery and adherence to high standards in pressured situations. Working collaboratively with football clubs, Federations, sponsors, and other stakeholders we implemented a period of significant change management and navigated the country's highest participation sport during Covid-19.
