Belmont,WGN

Summary

With 7 months dedicated to constructing my own house in the western hills of Lower-Hutt, I have gained valuable experience in project management, collaborating with engineers, architects, and inspectors. As the sole worker on site, I successfully handled tasks from site establishment and foundation work to framing and interior fit-out. Completing this project and gaining work experience through tradestaff has ignited a desire to reenter the workforce and seek new challenges, as well as an opportunity to join an employer where I can continue to grow my skillset. Known for a strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills, I am a highly motivated individual who thrives when faced with new opportunities. Working effectively without constant supervision and quickly mastering new skills are among my strengths. My professional approach prioritizes quality, code compliance, and efficiency. With a demonstrated ability for strategic thinking and confident decision-making, I am ready to contribute my expertise to the next chapter of my career.
