Twenty-five years old with a unique blend of Korean and British heritage. With hands-on experience in administrative, management and customer service roles, I am eager to find opportunities that allow me to grow and learn. I thrive in fast-paced environments, consistently exceeding expectations. Please contact me, as I'm committed to delivering results and contributing meaningfully to any team or project.
At Healix, I coordinate global medical logistics and insurance for UK & NZ government personnel abroad, ensuring timely, high-quality care. I triage 100+ urgent emails and calls daily, manage funding, medical and claims documents, and handle high-stakes cases with accuracy and discretion. My role bridges government clients, medical providers, and clinical teams through clear communication and precise case management.
I supervised and managed four Shosha North Shore franchise chain stores. The duties included roster and inventory management, customer service, administrative tasks, staff management, and further store responsibilities. I consistently ensured smooth day-to-day operations, trained new staff, and contributed to store performance by meeting sales targets and maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
I primarily did Door-to-door fundraising across New Zealand for charities like Médecins sans frontières and Family for Every Child. I raised over $5,000 during my time. The role's duties were to sell and pitch to customers effectively, reach KPIs, learn body language and build rapport with people. This role strengthened my communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, as I consistently exceeded targets and connected with diverse communities under high-pressure, performance-driven environments.
I did Graphics and Design work for Anderson Goodman's project for the Auckland Council. I created images, posters and presentations for their work at the time. I am self-taught and specialise in Adobe programs, which I use to create graphics and design work.
I was an Intern for Tower's IT team. I assembled computers, did technical troubleshooting, organised workspaces and rearranged storerooms. I transitioned shortly into an Insurance Claims Officer role and processed insurance claims and other administrative tasks.
This was my first job ever, and I worked at Ted Baker, Britomart. I learned how to help and style customers, manage inventory and use a POS system. This role built my foundation in customer service and retail operations. I served high-profile clients, including Gordon Ramsay, with professionalism and attention to detail.
