Provided clinical leadership in Tiaho Mai to raise awareness and understanding of seclusion and its impact of service-users with staff. 05/01/18, 07/01/18, Created a quality improvement initiative in the ICU of Tiaho Mai to address restrictive practices during the night shift. The project improved non-pharmaceutical therapies overnight, resulting in clients reporting an improved experience during their stay.
