Accomplishments
In 2023 I was awarded initiative of the year across the NZ sites for my idea around safer boarding and exiting of the gantry cranes. It also got recognition at the global awards. I'm not one to just say that's not safe ill come up with a way to do it safer.
Additional Information
In my jobs, I've always worked my way to the top from getting noticed for my reliability and hard work. I'm a fast learner and have never turned down an opportunity to up-skill.
