Furthermore, I am an experienced manager with 6+ years' experience in residential and commercial construction. I offer further knowledge in civil engineering, and a wide range of carpentry and steel works such as fencing, gates and balustrades. I am also fluent in English literature/proficiency. With the capability to read and understand standard Dutch with basic communication skills. I share a passion to expand my knowledge and to challenge myself. I encourage teams to share learnings and insights through physical labor, problem solving, and being creative in finding the best strategy and solution with safety as the focus.
