I am currently an Event and Marketing Manager for Hong Kong Club. I lead the planning and execution of events that celebrate and share Hong Kong culture within our university. My role includes coordinating logistics to ensure each event runs smoothly, and developing social media strategies to boost engagement. I work closely with the marketing and events teams, contributing strong communication and teamwork skills. I joined the club to experience a new culture and connect with people from diverse backgrounds, and continue to enjoy creating meaningful, community-focused experiences.
Currently assisting with end-to-end operations at Ken’s Produce, a family-run agricultural business specialising in tomatoes and seasonal vegetables. I support the supply chain process from planting and harvesting to distribution by using data-driven methods to improve inventory management, streamline deliveries, and enhance communication with suppliers. This hands-on role has strengthened my logistics and operations management skills. I also collaborate with stakeholders, users, suppliers, and technicians to resolve issues, improve workflows, and help prioritise daily operations.
