Accomplishments

    Teaching Accomplishments:

  • In December 2016, I engaged in an academic exchange in Anhui, China. During the same month, I organized and participated in the implementation of a paperless examination at the school, yielding positive results.
  • Between October 13, 2016, and December 22, 2016, I successfully completed a case study, focusing on basic activity experience accumulation, with the subject being (Bridge Charm Mountain) at the primary level.
  • In April 2016, I achieved the second prize in the "Xinmiao Cup" during the Hangzhou Xinglan Primary School Canal Race Class Festival. Following that, in November 2016, I secured the first prize in the "My Education Story" Speech Contest for Young Teachers.
  • December 2016 marked another accomplishment as I won the second prize in the education and teaching paper category of Gongshu District, Hangzhou. The paper explored the beauty of Intuitive Micro Graphics and aimed at improving problem-solving abilities.
  • In January 2017, I received the third prize for the Publicity Report "Individual" at Hangzhou Xinglan Primary School. Subsequently, in February 2017, I attained the second prize for an education and teaching paper in Gongshu District, Hangzhou.
  • March 2017 brought another achievement as I clinched the first prize in the "Teaching Evaluation and Examination" practice case evaluation activity for primary school in Gongshu District, Hangzhou.
  • From March 15, 2017, to May 15, 2017, I served as the first subject leader training object in the "Classroom Teaching Reform under Core Literacy" area.
  • Between March 16, 2017, and July 20, 2017, I successfully concluded a research project on Elementary Mathematics Teaching Design based on the accumulation of basic activity experience.
  • From September 21, 2017, to December 31, 2017, I smoothly completed the 2017 Ability Improvement Project focused on Primary School Mathematics.
  • Additionally, from September 27, 2018, to December 27, 2018, I successfully concluded research on quality situational characteristics under the background of the "experiential Classroom."
