Comic Art
I'm a Samoan NZ comic artist and graphic illustrator, and I combine graphic design and illustration skills to create comics and visuals for healthcare, science, advocacy, and education. With over 7 years of experience in this field, and I am passionate about bringing human issues and stories to life through powerful and impactful storytelling.
I work with clients and partners such as the World Health Organization, the University of Auckland, T1International, RTeach Institute, Biobalance, and Harper Collins, producing graphic medicine, science illustration, health advocacy, and education materials. My work has been featured and followed by prominent figures and platforms, such as Bernie Sanders, BBC The Conversation, Brut America, and The Mighty. I am also contracted with the University of Auckland to produce 4 neurology comics for pharmacology and brain research, and I am signed on with Harper Collins to illustrate a children's book, due to be published in Fall 2024. I am driven by the mission of using my visual skills and expertise to inform, educate, and empower audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
