With over 10 years of experience at Kāinga Ora, I have developed a deep understanding of our values and mission to improve communities across New Zealand. Throughout my various roles, I have acquired the skills necessary to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organisation. A strong background in customer service, project coordination, and practice improvement make me an ideal fit for the Senior Advisor - Practice Improvement role. Dedicated to fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration to achieve Kāinga Ora's goals. Currently an Advisor, Customer Practice and Improvement, providing specialist advice and insight in designing, developing, and reviewing practice tools and frameworks. Engaging with customers, colleagues in place-based teams, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and communities. Working with the Healthy Homes team, Refugee placement, Hoarding, and currently Medium to High Density Housing projects to provide guidance, facilitate workshops, produce guidelines and recommendations, as well as create operating models. Focus on developing a bespoke operating model and toolkit for place-based teams to effectively serve customers in multi-unit properties. With three years of experience as an advisor, I have gained a thorough understanding of best practices and explored new ideas and ways of thinking. Possessing a deep appreciation for different cultures, particularly Pasifika and Māori. Building strong working relationships across the organisation is one of my valuable skills that I continuously nurture and grow at Kāinga Ora.
