Started with new age as an apprentice straight out of high school. I worked with them till 2019 then got contracted out to Archgola Waikato at my request.

• Trained new staff on proper building techniques, site regulations and safety protocols.
• Implemented safety codes and regulations to maintain site compliance and uphold safe working conditions.
• Delegated assignments based on plans, project needs, and knowledge of individual team members.
• Developed detailed construction plans and organized required materials to maintain productivity.
• Working at Archgola Waikato my duties were to:

• Work independently on call outs for maintenance while also having exceptional costumer service.

• monitor materials coming in and out

• Worked closely with the owners throughout the process to keep projects on time and executed to high stranded with costumer satisfaction.
