leaders and a 100-person team across Hawke's Bay, Gisborne, and the Central North Island regions. My responsibilities encompassed both recruitment activities and general HR tasks, including identifying and executing recruitment drives to enhance team culture and business expansion. Additionally, I handled day-to-day employee documentation, assisted leaders in implementing performance management procedures, and supported in creating strategies to enhance overall team performance. This included collaborating closely with senior leaders to establish company values and design an engaging induction and onboarding process.
