I am a young woman who is looking to start a new journey. I have worked at New World for over 19 years and now I am wanting to venture into full time paid youth work. I have a big passion for youth. I enjoy being able to help guide and direct them to where they need to go and who they need to become. I am endeavouring to work with youth to help them achieve any goals they may have.

I have been the youth leader for the Ashburton Salvation Army for nearly three years now but prior to that I also have had experience working with youth and children in Invercargill Salvation Army.

I am willing to work on and learn new skills as they are required in this youth role. I enjoy seeing how and where I can use these skills and what they can help me achieve.

I am teachable, reliable, punctual, honest, caring, adaptable, and a good listener.

I value Confidentiality to be a be a very important skill and I am always making sure that I am adhering to this value in every thing I do.
