As a third-year civil engineering student, techniques besides textbooks are desired to be learned. Constructive criticism and challenges can be significantly learning experiences result growing after those. Additionally, communicating with technical colleagues and non-technical customers and providing streamlined, clear communication channels for all stakeholders by translating complex engineering ideas into non-specialists' terms deftly is important and vice versa.
