Currently completing a refurbishment project: Site Name : South African Reserve Bank. Completed : Watt Road, Implementation of Road network and kerbing. Co-ordination of specialist contractors, e.g. HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Smoke Detection, Fire to meet project specific program needs. Maintaining a high-quality standard by generating weekly and monthly program safety reports. Problem-solving and collaboration with contractors to avoid clashes with services on site. Ensuring that all services and teams have access to specific areas of work. Provide action plans and related scope of work for each contractor so that they are able to complete their work in the agreed time. Ensuring conflict management is handled professionally and the root cause of the problem is identified. Provide technical guidelines and advice for construction from ground up to completion. On-site problem analysis and problem resolution in a collaborative manner. Using AutoDesk Building Information Management Model., Organizing weekly meetings with project management and reporting to senior management where necessary. Experience in guiding multiple teams.
