There are currently 13 hotels in the group situated over both islands
I oversee Revenue and Yield Management for Heritage Auckland and CityLife Auckland, which together total just under 350 rooms along with guidance to revenue or reservation managers for all other 13 properties
I also lead the Project for implementation of new Revenue Management system (IDEAS G3) for three properties, from data integration to system going Live
Currently I am working on the new PMS and GDS rollout to 4 properties with very diverse operational setups and future needs
I am also assisting with sales calls for domestic corporate and wholesale market to fill the gaps due to sudden departure of some of our sales team members
