Contract work for Multi-National Forest Companies-Earnslaw, Juken Nisho, New South Wales Forestry Corporation, Rayonier/Matariki to deliver specified training, deliver Industry specific workshops & complete safety & compliancy audits.

Complete independent accident Investigations as & when called on, on a contractual basis.

Moderated New Zealand Quality Authority(NZQA) unit standards to ensure unit standards were delivered to the National standard & met Competenz moderation requirements.

Managed approximately 180 Forest & Logging Industry Assessors & Trainers.

Organised Annual Quality Assurance workshops,

Educational workshops & delivered specialist training in high risk areas of the Logging & Forest Industry.

Completed infield moderation of every Registered Logging & Forestry Assessor on a Bi-annual schedule.

Managed quality & Disciplinary issues with Assessors as required.

My role was to organise training & assessment for these Companies by implementing training plans, mentoring Industry Apprentices &

coordinating with Industry trainer /Assessor's- timings, schedules & ensuring plans were delivered in a timely fashion, within budget, while meeting Customer expectations & maximising Government funding for my Employer.
