I am currently in my final year of a building apprenticeship who is a highly motivated employee with a desire to take on new challenges and learn new things. I have a strong worth ethic, good people skills and am highly adaptable. I work effectively unsupervised and quickly master new skills. I aspire to complete my work to the highest possible quality.
I have spent the past 9 months dipping my toes into business and what it takes to be not only self employed but also sustaining a constant flow of work for not only myself but an apprentice i had working under me whilst learning the finance side of things and making sure the business income was exceeding out going expenses.
I had spent the previous 3 years working for Belco Homes who specifies in doing High End Architectural Builds, who hold their standards of quality very high.

- Set out and completed a 190 sqm shed with an attached room, gym and bathroom while guiding an apprentice under me.
- Renovated the bottom story of a block-based house, converting the internal garage to office spaces, providing external access and renovating an existing bathroom/wash house.
- Contracted out to a larger company to complete two, two-story homes alongside other contractors
- Scheduled meetings with clients in order to discuss expectations for their project and provide an estimated time frame for completion.
- Trained and monitored an apprentice to teach daily tasks, and improve performance.
