To whom it may concern.

PK & SL Thirlwall Limited
34 Briarley Street
Tauranga 3112.
My 377 acre hill farm is situated at 816 Ohauiti Road and I have been
acquainted with Jazmin’s family all her life.
I have recently started to employ her on a casual basis which is ongoing.
In my absence recently Jazmin undertook a number of duties. This included
moving and checking five mobs of stock, involved handling electric fences and
ensuring the water troughs were in order and gates and fences secure. The
stock mobs were moved on a daily basis.
She used a four wheel motor cycle without any issues. This was done in wet
weather.
She presents as sensible, able to think for herself and respond to issues. For
example animals from one mob had got out (before she got there) and she
was able to take sensible decisions in response to an unexpected happening.
She is extremely good with stock. At times she had to co ordinate with another
part time employee and managed this with no problems.
I am intending to employ her again if she is available when I need help and
would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone considering
employing her.
I am willing to be contacted on 07 578 2775, preferably evenings or on 022
037 3845.

To whom it may concern
We (DJK LTD) are a 2 farm enterprise milking 850 cows over 2 sheds with 5
staff. Jazmin Candy has been our sole relief milker for the past season milking
most weekends an all holidays, she has proven to be punctual and extremely
reliable. Jazmin has natural stockman ship and her love for animals is easily
seen when she’s handling our cows. Jaz was a quick learner when being taught
how to milk cows within 2 weekends she was able to milk, and quickly took it
upon herself to learn everything about the setup and wash down making
herself in invaluable member of our team. Jaz is an awesome person to be
around as she possesses all the drive, perseverance and passion I think this
industry needs she also has a can do attitude which is very rare these days. I
give Jazmin Candy my highest recommendation and am more than happy to
vouch for her as a reference I believe where ever she ends up she will give it
her all and be an invaluable asset. Feel free to give me a bell if you want any
further information cheers

To whom it may concern,

From 2006 -2016 Oropi Bushlands ran horse trekking tours from our dairy farm situated in Oropi, Tauranga. As an owner operator I was extremely cautious and careful of who I chose to work alongside as horse trekking is on the higher end of adventure tourisms accident scale.

Jazmin Candy originally came to me as a client when she was an 11 year old in 2012. She was a very quiet, diligent young lady that listened and learnt eagerly. From that time onwards Jazmin spent most weekends and school holidays helping saddle, groom, aid on treks and eventually lead treks out on her own.

Jazmin was always keen to learn and grow within every job she was allocated. Often Jazmin’s job as trek leader would involve being strict with clients that had no understanding of the risks involved with horses in large groups. She proved able to liaise with clients often much older than herself even though it wasn’t something she would have done naturally. She proved herself in the saddle and off as being a diligent, caring young lady.

It was obvious to me in the 5 years I’ve known Jazmin that she has an affinity with the land and animals. I wish her all the best in her future endeavours and would be happy to talk via phone or email to any prospective employer about the time Jazmin has spent working with me.

Kind regards
