- Carried out general station upkeep duties such as fencing and flood crossing maintenance, putting out lick, spraying and grassland application

- Aided the vet in AI procedures, semen collection, wound cleaning and bandage changing as well as plasma transfusions in foals

- Maintained the upkeep of the breeding facility while mucking out stables and paddocks, pasture control, paddock movements and harrowing

- Worked effectively to ensure the smooth running of Blue Blood while making sure the facilities were always well presented, clean and sanitary

- Greeted customers and maintained high levels of professionalism while helping them locate, visit and or load their horses for transport

- Worked alongside vets at an advanced equine hospital ensuring patients were comfortable and stable over the weekends

- Carried out the role of feeding the patients and making sure their stables were always clean as well as fresh water available

- Assisted in helping treat and care for the horses including holding patients still, fetching drugs and bandaging, stocking up the mobile medical carts and preparing various medications

- Handled many different types of horses including stallions, young thoroughbred yearlings along with broodmares and their foals

- Maintained the cleanliness of the facility while mopping surgery floors, washing out the equine consult rooms and mucking out recovery paddocks
