• Manage end-to-end vehicle leasing processes including quoting, modifications, and client consultations.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting and oversee invoicing for multiple clients.
• Coordinate and process transport requests, vehicle registrations (REGO), Road User Charges (RUC), and fuel card distribution.
• Liaise with dealerships and third-party vendors to coordinate vehicle fit-outs and ensure timely delivery.
• Support Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) compliance by maintaining accurate usage data and reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational support and relationship management across client accounts.
