Currently study in the final year of Bachelor of Food Technology with honours at Massey University. Worked in AFFCO in 2021 and Riddet Institute in 2022. Have experience in analysis of oil bodies and ice cream. Learned Chemistry for Biological Systems and Industrial Microbiology in 2020. Have experience in performing Mojonnier method and Kjeldahl method and use Mastersizer and Zetasizer in PC2 lab.
