Contracted to lead the National Field Management Team of 12 managers and 120 field staff in the development, delivery and academic monitoring of work-based apprenticeships for 8,000 Agriculture and Horticulture Apprentices and Trainees.
Leading the Centre for Applied Science and Primary Industries team of 60 staff in the development, delivery and monitoring of academic programmes in Applied Science, Dairy Processing, Animal Technology, Agribusiness Management, Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscaping and Arboriculture across a range of regional community and international campuses.
Leading 50 staff in the School of Technology, Primary Industries and Maritime in the development, delivery and academic quality monitoring of programmes in Trades (Carpentry, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Fabrication), Conservation/Trainee Ranger, Viticulture and Wine, Agriculture, Horticulture, and Maritime Studies (Marine Engineering, Maritime Tickets, Super Yacht, Marine Firefighting) across the Top of the South campuses
Leading a team of 15 staff in M.I.T.’s School of Horticulture and Landscaping in all academic development, delivery and quality.
Tertiary teaching experience developing, delivering and monitoring quality for MIT's Horticulture and Landscape Certificate and Diploma academic programmes, including 10 years as accredited GROWSAFE trainer (1992-2003) and 10 years PIPTA’s National Horticulture Moderator (1997-2007).
