My main personal strength has always been my ability to communicate, motivate and support, through shared values, teams of professionals to reach their full potential, and deliver innovation, monitor quality standards, solve problems to achieve the desired results, always within complex funding and compliance frameworks.

I have a proven leadership track record of developing, delivering and monitoring high quality vocational academic education programmes from foundation level to post graduate.
