  • This was a split role where for 6 months of the year I held an assistant winemaker role, helping with all stages during harvest and blending, issuing and updating operations, ensuring quality, monitoring ferments, contributing to tastings, stock takes and ensuring good workflow.
  • The other half of the year I was involved in technical viticulture where I assessed the health, pest and disease and phenology of the vines along with conduct research trials to benefit the company, train staff and supervisor yield, maturity and P&D work.
