The Fantasy Forge was created out of a passion for all things unique and fun. I print dragons, dice towers and so much more. I have built the website and managed all social media accounts. I also attend markets for sales and brand awareness while also operating the software needed to run the machines and print the files.

I had to design custom templates that were then sent to embroidery machines to be embroidered onto Teddy bears and Blankets.

This business is still going strong, I onsold it after having my son and the new owner is still running it.

I was also part of a team responsible for building training documentation for our processes to support the team in India that were taking over the Policy Alterations for AMP. I also helped train and guide this team aswell.

I had to work with advisers to ensure that their requests were completed in a timely manner and answer any questions they had about the policy.


I supported my team with their work loads and helped out anyone that needed it.


Due to my knowledge of their software and products I was invited back to work with them again.

I was responsible for maintaining and altering client policies as they came in from the clients and advisers. I was trained to use the inhouse software and became very knowledgable in it.

I also helped the admin team when they were needing it and supported fellow team members.

I worked with clients and advisers to ensure that their request was done efficiently and effectively.

I was responsible for maintaining and altering client policies as requested by the client and advisers. I had to learn and use the multiple systems required for each different type of policy. I also had to answer phone calls and emails from advisers, answering their queries and ensuring that their requests were done in a timely manner.

I had to manage my paperwork as no scanning was in place to archive documents, I liaised with customers and supported my team members with their work loads.

Hobbies

I enjoy spending time with my family, and also gaming in my spare time. Although I work with 3d Printers I do also consider them a hobby, as every print that comes off of them is a solid sense of achievement and is exciting, something I very much enjoy.
