Worked with in a variety of MDT/IDT teams including Occupational therapy, speech therapy, psychology, teacher and nursing.

Lead therapist within MDTs in schools and ACC providers.

Developed and implemented specialised therapy programs reflective of Child/Whanau goals/aspirations and needs.

Up skilling of Child, Whanau, care teams and teaching teams in the implementation of programs including postural management, safe moving and handling techniques and use of orthotic devices.

Trained and supervised number of physiotherapists and different stages in their careers including new graduates and physiotherapy students.

Confident in equipment prescription, applications and training.

Completed Bobth NDT, MOVE, Mary Massory, Accessable custom contouring seating and lying accreditations.

Initially contracting as school based therapist, 2010 started also contracting to ACC providers. This included hands on physiotherapy as outlined above, prescription of equipment including wheelchair and seating.

Presently contracting to special school, Day service providers, multiple ACC providers and private clients.
