I am very interested in the real estate industry and hope to be a part of the real estate industry as soon as possible. The reason why I choose to apply for this job is that Raywhite is the largest and most successful real estate agent in New Zealand. I really hope to be a part of Raywhite.

I am still working as a Chef but it is not stopping me from acknowledging other industries. Well, I think I am a quite fast learner, which can be proved by my work history. I strengthen at time management so I can do personal tenancy Manager job while undertaking my Chef role and also study the Real Estate courses at the same time.

There are 4 properties I am managing now. They are belongs to my connections. I can always keep a good relationship with my clients and develop new customers as well. Most of them are located in Karori and Newlands. I am responsible for managing them and arrange tenants' changing. I really enjoy this job, because I can meet more people and learn more knowledge about properties while the managing process. Besides, I have been in Wellington for over 10 years, I am fairly familiar with each suburb.

If I can obtain an opportunity to work at Raywhite, I will pour all my enthusiasm and efforts into my job.
