- Developed procedures to produce nutraceutical products from fish by-products
- Manage and control the production according to the HACCP plan, by meeting all required critical control points in the production flow
- Perform the daily production process in MPI certified dietary supplement area
- Identify and rectify any obstacles found in the production by performing a research and trials that make better product
- Work with a HACCP team time to time, review the production procedures, give inputs and suggestions to monitor quality control protocols
- Identify different products, data collection, develop production procedures and perform production trials
- Maintain and keep the process data and inventory stock details
- Cleaning and assembling all the machineries and materials required for the production.
