• Inspect and sample raw materials, bulk and finished products according to quality and safety standards.

• Liaise and organise sample dispatch with external laboratories for materials, environmental samples, and calibration of test equipment.

• Create and review documentation to support the Quality Management System (QMS) including manufacturing records, specifications, product labels, SOP's, and testing records.

• Ensure overall site quality and compliance with procedural and regulatory requirements. Operating instruments like Hardness Tester,Disintegration Tester,Friability Tester, Sieve shaker, Tapped Density etc.

• Providing assistance and direction to the wider organisation where necessary regarding the Quality Control and Assurance procedures.

• Compiling test measurements and outcomes into reports for senior colleagues.

• Assisting with operation of the QMS, including change requests, deviations (including out of specifications), internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• My primary role was based on ensuring all testing activities comply with cGMP.
• Perform testing of drug in accordance with the validated methods.
• Operation of laboratory equipment and stock levels and perform general.
• Actively participate and promote continuous improvement in the procedure.
• Set up sampling systems for incoming raw materials.
• Support and comply with all safety and environmental requirements and initiatives on site.
• Responsible for visual inspection of raw material packaging component.
• Ensure continuous feedback to QC Lead on issues and problems that may arise.
• Operating instruments like FTIR, UV, Tail tensions etc.

• Creating efficiency and ensuring the department as well as staff are always equipped and functional for the operation of our service.
• Product management, training of staff, Maintain GMP records as per Standard operating procedure.
• Set up and operates injection Moulding machine according to Standard Operating procedure.
• Operating large scale and small-scale machines.
• Further to this, I also managed faults and complaints following proper procedures and placing prevention methods where applicable to refrain from reoccurring.
• Another vital part of my role was product quality, which required attention to detail performance on ongoing production batch upon reducing on number of rejections.

• I managed the Store at Davis corner for nearly 6 years.
• The heart of my role was to ensure that the company achieved its operational and financial objectives.
• My focus was to ensure staff kept freezers well stocked and maintained, clean and presentable for customers, reduce wastage and increase sales.
• I managed a team of 5, monitoring and evaluating their performance, holding disciplinary meetings, rostering, staff leave and creating daily task lists.
• Furthermore, I built and maintained an excellent relationship with key suppliers which really helped to shape the function and efficiency of my store.

• Worked in sterile area (powder processing area) to perform Milling, sifting, blending and jet milling for final dispatch of drugs (medicine).
• Also worked on glass flask assembly and Buchi Rota Vapour to make drugs.
• Worked with Research and Development teams for trial.
• Batch Calibration of pH meter and weigh box.
