Current Project: Digital Each & Kg Meat Product

Description: Led the research, analysis and implementation of Each & Kg Meat Expansion initiative aimed at improving the picking efficiency across all stores and e-stores, and improving customers online shopping experience by offering both Each & Kg options.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducted extensive interviews to gather insights on pain points and user requirements with a wide range of stakeholders include Online & Instore Operation Team, National Store & e-Store Operation Specialists, Meat Category Managers, E2E Fresh Product Owner, Customer Service team,etc.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including product owner, UX designer, and developer, tester, to define project scope and objectives.
  • Facilitated workshops to elicit detailed requirements, ensuring alignment with business.
  • Went through instore picking experience to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Developed comprehensive user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to guide the development team.
  • Acted as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements.
  • Coordinated testing with our test engineer to validate the solution against defined acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborated with the operation specialist to develop a communication plan for the instore picking team.
